This is the reason I won't try making liquid nitrogen ice cream at home.
Jeez Jen, you don't need a container that large to make Nitrogen Ice Cream. Besides, you're more likely to have your propane tank blow than your trusty, everyday liquid nitrogen tank from the 1980's. You do have one, right?
My favorite liquid Nitrogen trick was to spit into the container and then fish out perfectly spherical frozen spit balls.
Well, to be fair, I cannot determine scale of tank from the photo. And no -- no propane tank here.
These things are about five feet tall or so - more liquid nitrogen that most folks require for use around the home.
