Daring Fireball, of course. I guess Mr. Gruber is too busy not filling t-shirt orders to respond to people. If you read the links in one of the posts below (the one with 3 updates which I believe you've even commented on) there are references to people who have been waiting even longer.

What kind of organization keeps someone from a shirt that they so clearly deserve?
