Here's why, even if you yourself don't use one, you should make sure your parents get a Mac.

You don't know how close to home that hits! Trying to help my parents set up their new laptops with their home network over the phone...connecting the laptops to the printer after they bought a new router...what's next?!? But a Mac would have made no difference :-)
